 Running is engrained deep in our evolution, we are drawn to the movement and designed for it. However, we sometimes overdo it. It helps to have a plan.

There are pitfalls to running without a tailored plan that accommodates recovery, intensity, volume and frequency.

As your coach, I will assess your current level of fitness. From this I will tailor a running program with integrated strength work for each 6 week block of training. There will be constant feedback through your own training app.

My own expertise and background is in longer distance running. I work with a lot of athletes on their first marathon or ultramarathon and help many more athletes improve in these events.

  • Check ins via Zoom ™ are available
