Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen.

I’ve been helping people achieve their fitness goals and compete in their endurance events since 2011.

A decade working with athletes has taken me on many journeys- from strength training in Toronto, to pain and injury management in Dublin and competing in Ironman events worldwide, the journey is far from over as I strive to make better athletes while continuing to reach my own endurance goals.

Working with athletes as they prepare for their endurance events has been a process that has developed for me over many years. Initially working as a strength and conditioning coach focused on athletes competing in running, biking or adventure races, my work life closely mirrored my own narrative as I was immersed in running, triathlon and endurance events.

After years of training hard (but not smart) I got injured - regularly!! This created a personal thirst for knowledge on sports and endurance injuries, why they happen and how can they be prevented.

When I became a Neuromuscular Therapist I committed myself to helping people with their injuries and strength and conditioning to get them back on track with training for their goals in running, triathlon and endurance sports.

More often than not, when speaking to injured athletes I have worked with, they had no real plan in place or guidance when training for events. Up to 70% of running injuries are from training error - we can avoid most of these if we just train a little smarter!

My experience as a neuromuscular therapist combined with my own passion for running and endurance sports has inspired me to become a skilled and knowledgeable endurance coach. I develop training plans for individuals with their goal in mind. Together we can take a lot of the stress, fears and errors out of training for endurance events and enjoy the process.

In 2023, I went back to University College Cork and took on a Higher Diploma in Coaching and Coaching Psychology. I wanted to develop a keener awareness of both myself and the endurance athletes I work with. After many years of competing in ultra endurance events, I’ve come to realise that a lot of our performance lies in the space between our ears. I wanted to offer a service that helps develop athletes more holistically and work WITH my athletes to find their own unique strengths and apply them to ALL aspects of their lives.

Train smart, stay fitforlong!
