Even the most durable athletes get injured from time to time. What’s important is recognising you have an injury, identifying how it happened and learning how to manage it so you can get back on track.

The majority of injuries derived from endurance training will be as a result of overuse. To say that we can avoid injuries altogether is unrealistic. However, with proper management we can greatly reduce the risk of injury and stay active.

Strength and conditioning is a key element in combating such overuse injuries. I can guide you through the rehabilitation process for your sports injury.

Online videos with specific exercise drills for your injury will be emailed to your account so we can keep moving forward with your running, triathlon, endurance or strength programs.

Should the injury require a more hands on approach, my own sports injury clinic (located here) is open by appointment only. Bookings can be made below!!
